Candidate Requirements Education:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Experience working with children is required.
Language Skills:
Native or professional English fluency.
Licensure:
Must hold a valid, unrestricted state or national license to practice independently (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist). Proof of licensure and a clean disciplinary record are required. 3. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical intakes, bio-psycho-social assessments, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on emotional regulation, social skills, and behavioral management. Provide parent coaching and family consultation to support the child's progress outside of sessions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, and ABA Therapists) to ensure holistic care. Maintain clinical documentation and patient privacy in accordance with United States healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance). 4.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:
¥6,888,000
JPY Relocation Package:
A one-time relocation allowance of ¥220,000 JPY upon arrival.
Housing Support:
50% of monthly rent covered by the company (up to ¥80,000 JPY/month).
Paid Leave:
15 days of paid vacation plus 12 paid public holidays per year.
Sick Leave:
80 hours of accrued sick leave.
Professional Development:
Access to a continuing education (CEU) platform and clinical supervision support.
Insurance & Pension:
Enrollment in the Japanese national workers' insurance and pension programs. 5.
Visa & Legal Support Sponsorship:
