This is a hybrid clinical position that combines both therapeutic and case management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling and support to clients facing challenges such as substance use, trauma, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to manage a client caseload, and experience with comprehensive assessments and treatment planning. Duties Conduct intake assessments and complete comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations. Manage and maintain an assigned client caseload, ensuring continuity of care. Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including psychoeducational classes for clients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical assessments. Deliver addiction counseling and behavioral therapy interventions for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development and improvement efforts. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required (CAC certification also accepted). Experience in mental health counseling, substance use treatment, and case management preferred. Knowledge of addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable. Ability to complete intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations independently. Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and ethical guidelines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Why Join Us?
