Job Description

We are seeking experienced therapists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals, children, couples, or families in an outpatient, private practice office based on the therapist's qualifications. This position requires a strong understanding of mental health issues and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to providing quality care, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals. Looking for part-time or full-time licensed mental health professionals or registered interns to: Conduct individual, family, or couples therapy sessions for clients with various mental health concerns. Provide specialized counseling in your area of expertise. Incorporate appropriate modalities into therapeutic interventions and treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, or related field. Valid licensure as PhD, PsyD, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern. Willing to work at least 15 hours per week. Experience working with children/adolescents. Experience working with diverse populations. Knowledge of evidence-based practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must maintain timely and appropriate documentation. Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines. Ability to work with ages 5+ preferred, but not required. Administrative tasks including credentialing, insurance billing, scheduling new client intakes, etc., is covered by the in-house admin team. Work schedule options are flexible and include full days, partial days, evenings, or weekends.

$40.00 - $105.00 per hour
