We provide individual, family, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on trauma-informed, person-centered care. We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor to join our growing clinical team. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to carry a meaningful caseload, work alongside a collaborative team of clinicians, and grow professionally through structured supervision, training, and mentorship. You see growth as a journey, not a destination Brings clinical skill and emotional steadiness to every session Honors the trust clients place in you and treats every person with dignity Shows up consistently, follows through, and takes ownership of your caseload and documentation Believes that what you do matters, because it does What You Will Do Provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients across the lifespan Complete biopsychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes that meet Florida and CCC compliance standards Develop person-centered treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practice and the client's own goals Collaborate with the clinical team, case managers, and community partners to support whole-person care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Valant EHR Participate in supervision, team meetings, training, and continuing education Represent CCC in the community with professionalism and warmth What We Are Looking For (Qualifications) Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field Florida registration or licensure (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) Experience with behavioral health populations preferred; new graduates with the right heart are encouraged to apply Working knowledge of clinical documentation standards Strong written and verbal communication skills Computer literacy and comfort with electronic health records A genuine love for people and a commitment to serving the community What You Will Receive We believe in growing the people who grow our clients.
