Job Description
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) St. Petersburg, Florida We re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in St. Petersburg, FL who wants weekday balance, autonomy, and steady income with bonus potential. You ll step into a clinical role focused on individual psychotherapy, primarily cognitive and behavioral therapy along with cognitive testing assessments. You ll travel between skilled nursing facilities in the Tampa Bay area while maintaining flexibility and independence in your daily schedule. Why this role is compelling
- Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
- No nights and no weekends
- Approximately 12 patients per day
- High autonomy with scheduling flexibility
- Quarterly production bonus
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.625 per mile

- You re comfortable providing CBT-based individual therapy
- You re organized and complete notes within 48 hours

- Base salary of $70,000
