Bilingual PSR Counselor (English/Spanish Required) Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about helping others grow, connect, and thrive? Fellowship House is looking for a dynamic, outgoing Counselor to lead our Hispanic Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) groups. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working directly with individuals on their recovery journey in a supportive, team focused environment. As a PSR Counselor, you will play a hands on role in helping individuals with mental health challenges build life skills, strengthen social connections, and move toward greater independence. This is a center based position where you will lead engaging group sessions, create a welcoming and culturally responsive environment, and support members in achieving their personal recovery goals. In this role, you will facilitate life skills training and group activities, guide members through structured programming, and help develop and update individualized service plans. You will also contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages participation, growth, and community. We are looking for someone who is confident leading groups, comfortable connecting with diverse individuals, and naturally brings energy and warmth into the room. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field . Strong communication skills, reliability, and comfort working in a team setting are essential. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to effectively engage with our Hispanic population. Access to reliable transportation is required.
