The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health care and possess the necessary skills to support individuals in need. We are recruiting full-time licensed mental health professionals to join a well-established private practice. Our comprehensive outpatient psychiatric practice has sustained growth and financial stability. We are a very well-balanced practice and provide a high level of treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Skills:

Valid Florida license as an LMHC or LCSW. Minimum Master's Degree in a Mental Health discipline. Experience with EMR/EHR systems. Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate client records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Experience with children and adolescents is necessary. Spanish speaking a plus.

Benefits:

Outpatient, in-person, 40-hour per week patient case load, Monday -Friday, w/ no call. Potential for supplemental compensation based on productivity. Health insurance. Professional development assistance.
