  • Family Intensive Treatment Team (FITT) This position requires a Masters degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy and report to a licensed practitioner (LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) if not licensed.
Candidates must have experience working with adults with substance abuse or co-occurring needs and involvement with the child welfare system. Candidates must have knowledge of child welfare system and available community resources, as well as, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care. They must have good written and verbal skills, effective time management and organizational abilities, computer literate, ability to work in a team setting, knowledgeable of community resources, and sound judgement.
