Dots Psychotherapy:
As a Practicum Student, you'll be an essential part of our team, developing clinical skills while supporting clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging in supervised individual and group counseling sessions with clients. Participating in weekly supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and receive guidance. Assisting in treatment planning and client assessments under supervision. Attending and actively contributing to training sessions, workshops, and case discussions. Collaborating with a team of clinicians and students in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Completing all required documentation and case management tasks in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines. Qualifications Experience in conducting assessments and managing caseloads Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and independently Knowledge of therapy techniques and treatment planning Empathy, understanding, and confidentiality Currently enrolled in a CACREP-accredited master's program in counseling or a closely related field. Previous experience in a mental health setting is a plus
