SAR Cluster Description of Duties :
The individual in this role will serve as a Direct Service Provider of the Residential Treatment Facility. Direct Support Staff will maintain the safety and security of residents and staff on assigned shift. Staff will respond promptly and professionally to emergencies. Staff will monitor and document residents' activities. Staff are responsible for making sure residents adhere to their daily schedules. Meal preparation. Transporting individuals served is a requirement.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma. Valid, unrestricted Georgia Driver's License, CPR and First Aid Certification. Experience working with individuals with substance use disorder and Mental Health Disorders. Must be computer literate and work ALL shifts to include weekends as well.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPS-MH, CPS-AD, with CARES certification. Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) or related certification in substance use disorders; MAC Agency is an eligible worksite for the VA Education Benefit Program (Veterans) Agency is an eligible work site for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program . Middle Flint Health & Wellness services the following 11 counties: Webster, Marion, Sumter, Schley, Taylor, Crisp, Dooly, Macon, Houston, Peach and Crawford. ENTRY SALARY
may be adjusted depending upon the selected candidate's qualifications and agency budget considerations.
