About us Avant Interventional Psychiatry is currently seeking licensed therapists to join our team at all four of our Georgia locations: Austell, Marietta, Fayetteville, and Kennestone. Avant Interventional Psychiatry is an interventional mental health treatment organization with multiple clinic locations in several states that offer psychiatry services, therapy, telepsychiatry, and substance abuse treatment combined with the most advanced forms of FDA-approved treatment for depression, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS therapy), and Spravato (Esketamine). Requirements:
Must be a Fully Licensed LCSW, LMFT or LPC in
Georgia Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proficiency with DSM5 Criteria Develop treatment plans and goals based on client needs Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling when needed Highly motivated to network and build a strong clientele Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting Effectively uses therapeutic interventions to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans goals and objectives and successfully complete Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients Communicates significant patient developments to supervisor Participates in Quality Improvement activities and contribute to the success of the organization Completes all required documentation ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, state regulations, and
