Job Description
About Us Diamond Nourish is a new group specializing in mental health and co-occurring issues. Our facility strives to provide the highest quality of care, using evidence-based treatment, medical staff, and therapists. Join Our Team As a group facilitator, you will provide therapy in a group setting to our clients and be an important part of their wellness journey. You will use evidence-based modalities and your clinical experience to help our clients manage their recovery, while being on a team with other caring professionals who share the same mission. Requirements To be considered for this position, you will have: Masters Level Experience facilitating groups in mental health and/or substance abuse treatment facilities Experience and passion working with clients struggling with substance abuse or mental health disorders EMR proficiency and strong clinical documentation skills Communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities Conducting groups that support our program curriculum and services Documenting all necessary information in EMR/EHR platform Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure quality client care Performing other duties as necessary
