Their programs span Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and standard Outpatient levels of care, with a strong emphasis on dual-diagnosis treatment that addresses both psychiatric conditions and substance use together. Their therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, and holistic practices. The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate, clinically grounded Primary Therapist to join this multidisciplinary team. What You'll Do Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and clinical consultations Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record Coordinate with internal team members and external providers to support continuity of care Actively engage in clinical supervision as part of the licensure progression process Support dual-diagnosis treatment across mental health and substance use presentations Uphold program standards and applicable Georgia licensing requirements
