Their programs span Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and standard Outpatient levels of care, with a strong emphasis on dual-diagnosis treatment that addresses both psychiatric conditions and substance use together. Their therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, and holistic practices. The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate, clinically grounded Primary Therapist to join this multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time, on-site role centered on delivering individual and group therapy within a structured, supportive clinical environment. What You'll Do Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and clinical consultations Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record Coordinate with internal team members and external providers to support continuity of care Actively engage in clinical supervision as part of the licensure progression process Support dual-diagnosis treatment across mental health and substance use presentations Uphold program standards and applicable Georgia licensing requirements
Requirements Requirements Required:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field Active registration or associate licensure in Georgia and actively working toward full independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) Experience working with veterans, active-duty military, or military-connected individuals•through direct clinical practice, personal background, or military service Strong assessment skills and ability to engage clients with complex, co-occurring presentations Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive care Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative, multidisciplinary setting Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and clinical documentation
Preferred:
Veteran status or military family background Experience in dual-diagnosis, substance use disorder, or higher levels of care (PHP/IOP)
Benefits Compensation and Schedule Salary:
$60,000•$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure status
Schedule:
