Licensed Professional Counselor in Appling, GA

About the Role Role will start out as 1 day a week, covering one facility and will eventually become full-time as additional facilities are added No evenings or weekends work requirements Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding day (between Monday and Friday), round and go environment, 48-hours allowed for chart completion Autonomous work environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions Experience the gratification of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life Professional growth: access ongoing training resources to enhance your skills and stay current in the field Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $16,120 to $19,344 annually with no cap on productivity income Once role becomes full-time (a minimum of 4 days a week) you will be eligible for a base salary, health benefits, 401K, paid time off, and more Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage Qualifications LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Georgia (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role) 1 year experience as an
