Job Description

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBLE FOR
Provide Chemical Dependency counseling services to the Piedmont Healthcare Behavioral Health Programs. This will include group, individual, and family therapy. Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
Chemical Dependency certification required
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Six (6) months of supervised experience in an addictive disease treatment setting, and/or minimum of three (3) years of continuous active recovery in 12 step programs.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW
Must maintain certification for CPI and CPR per hospital policy. Must maintain professional certification as one of the following: CAC; CAC I; CAC II; NCAC II; CCS;
CADC. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
None.
