Seeking Fully Licensed Clinicians to Join Group Practice

Job Overview Counseling Innovations is a behavioral health and wellness center for ages 3 and up located Marietta City near the square. We are currently seeking to hire a few full-time or part-time fully licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) to work in-person at our Marietta location. We are open to offering a hybrid schedule of providing in-person sessions and Telehealth services. The ideal candidate would be someone who is highly motivated and who has experience and enjoys working with a broad spectrum of individuals with varying diagnosis, and ages. Clinicians with areas of specialty, such as EMDR, eating disorders, substance abuse, marriage and family therapy, and/ or play therapy are highly encouraged to apply. Our practice accepts most major insurance companies; therefore, clinicians would need to be willing to join insurance panels, or already be on a few insurance panels, and be able to work 1 evening or 1 Saturday per week. These positions are contract positions, which are paid on a percentage basis.

Job Duties:

Checking clients in/ accepting payments; evaluating the client through the initial evaluation to determine what services the client would benefit most from. Providing Individual, Family, Couples, and/or Group Counseling services. Diagnosing clients, creating and maintaining a treatment plan, completing progress notes in a timely fashion, and being responsible and following through with proper coordination of care with other providers that the client is working with. We provide front desk support, marketing, scheduling of clients, and filing insurance claims. As an Independent Contractor, you would be responsible for obtaining your own malpractice insurance, and occupational tax certificate.
