• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy in alignment with our person-centered approach
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week
• Complete documentation and progress notes weekly per agency standards
• Participate in staff meetings and team collaboration activities
• Conduct brief (10-minute) consultations with potential clients
• Uphold all clinical, ethical, and legal standards We're Looking for

Therapists Who:

• Have evening and/or weekend availability
• Specialize in areas such as play therapy, EMDR, or maternal mental health
• Are passionate about helping clients manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions
• Value continued learning and professional growth
• Enjoy working with children and/or adolescents
• Are Spanish-speaking (preferred but not required) Qualifications
• Associate or Fully Licensed Therapist in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
• In good standing with the Georgia Composite Board
• Maintain professional liability insurance
• Have or be willing to create a CAQH profile (required for credentialing)
• Already on insurance panels (preferred, not required) Compensation & Benefits
