Job Description
Hope Health & Healing Center is an award-winning private practice providing high-quality mental health care in a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment. We're expanding and seeking child and adult passionate therapists to join our dynamic team in Snellville, GA. We take pride in creating a space where both clients and clinicians can flourish. Our clinicians enjoy an uplifting environment with floor-to-ceiling windows, free parking, full administrative and marketing support, client referrals, credentialing assistance, and a continuing education stipend. - Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy in alignment with our person-centered approach
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week
- Complete documentation and progress notes weekly per agency standards
- Participate in staff meetings and team collaboration activities
- Conduct brief (10-minute) consultations with potential clients
- Uphold all clinical, ethical, and legal standards We're Looking for
Therapists Who:
- Have evening and/or weekend availability
- Specialize in areas such as play therapy, EMDR, or maternal mental health
- Are passionate about helping clients manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions
- Value continued learning and professional growth
- Enjoy working with children and/or adolescents
- Are Spanish-speaking (preferred but not required) Qualifications
- Associate or Fully Licensed Therapist in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
- In good standing with the Georgia Composite Board
- Maintain professional liability insurance
- Have or be willing to create a CAQH profile (required for credentialing)
- Already on insurance panels (preferred, not required) Compensation & Benefits
