Reliable transportation required; child-related driving may be needed only with family approval Responsibilities The nanny's primary responsibility will be providing safe, attentive, and loving care for the baby. Feeding baby prepared bottles and/or using freezer stash as needed Diaper changes Supporting naps, wake windows, and daily rhythm Engaging baby through age-appropriate play Reading books, singing songs, playing music, and supporting developmental milestones Taking baby on walks when weather and routine allow Keeping baby safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the shift Providing end-of-shift updates to the family Communicating any concerns, changes, or notable updates promptly Light Household Support As time permits and only after baby's care and safety are prioritized, the nanny may help with light baby-related tasks such as: Washing bottles Cleaning bottle-feeding items Baby laundry Tidying baby's play areas or nursery after use Keeping baby's items organized Ideal Candidate The family shared that they would ideally prefer someone with maturity and strong life experience.
