July 20, 2026Hina Mauka Teen CARE is hiring a full-time Site Counselor to provide school-based substance use prevention and treatment services for adolescents in Mililani.

What youll do: Provide individual, group, and family counseling Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning Deliver evidence-based prevention curriculum in classrooms Coordinate care, referrals, and case management Support outreach efforts, presentations, and school collaboration Build strong, supportive relationships with youthRequired qualifications: Bachelors degree in behavioral health (or equivalent experience) Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and clean abstract Ability to pass background check and work with youth

Preferred:

CSAC, CPS, or other behavioral health credential (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with adolescents

Schedule:

MondayFriday, 8:00am4:30pm (occasional evenings)
