Through education, coaching, and resource connections, our team helps parents build healthy, nurturing environments where children can grow and succeed. We're seeking a Family Support Specialist to assist families enrolled in our Early Childhood Programs. Pay & Benefits $17.80 - $20.25 per hour Full-time position Up to 41 paid days off annually Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match Flexible scheduling opportunities What You'll Do Support families through education and resource coordination Assist caregivers with child development activities Conduct developmental screenings Help families access community services Document client interactions and program outcomes Support enrollment and eligibility activities Participate in community outreach efforts Promote positive caregiver-child interactions Qualifications CDA, Associate degree, or qualifying college coursework Experience working with children and families Strong communication skills Valid driver's license
Preferred:
