Job Description

Treasure Valley Therapy, LLC, has two spots open for student interns. Treasure Valley Therapy, LLC, is proud to be the only mental-health clinic in the state of Idaho to feature and utilize the state-of-the-art training system known as VALT by Intelligent Video Solutions (IVS). This innovative system focuses on secure video observation and session recording designed specifically for education, healthcare, and research environments. IVS's technology allows the clinic to enhance clinical training, strengthen assessment and supervision, and support evidence-based practices across all levels of care. Ideally, applicants are working on their graduate level education (Master's Degree or PhD) and looking for an internship or externship that can transition into a full-time therapy job after graduation. Candidates must be open to learning from an onsite supervisor and want to specialize in one or more of the following: sexual trauma, PTSD, court-related therapy, and/or general mental-health needs. Ideal candidates would be seeking licensure in marriage and family therapy or interested in learning a systemic approach to therapy.
Pay:
  • Starting Pay:
    $25 per session for the first three months (trial period) to make sure we are a good therapist-clinic-supervisor fit.
  • After the first three months, an increase can be negotiated based on skill and training level.
