Job Description
Join our dynamic mental health team where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive psychotherapy and behavioral health services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse populations, in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional and relational challenges, promoting healing and resilience through evidence-based practices. Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual, family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral management techniques.
Implement specialized interventions including motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care for clients experiencing acute distress or PTSD.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accurate medical documentation.
Engage in case management activities, including patient assessment updates, progress tracking, and data collection for clinical research purposes.
Valid state licensure as LPC, LMSW or LMFT with demonstrated experience in psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
Proven expertise in behavioral health interventions such as behavioral therapy, social work principles, and crisis management techniques.
Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities, or those requiring addiction counseling or PTSD care.
Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and manage complex cases involving mental health or developmental challenges.
Excellent communication skills for intake procedures, clinical counseling sessions, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
