Do you believe in walking alongside individuals through their healing journeys with empathy, integrity, and hope? We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our team of committed professionals who strive to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Our ideal candidate is warm, grounded, clinically skilled, and deeply values the therapeutic relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy to clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges Create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for healing and growth Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain appropriate clinical documentation Stay informed of current best practices, ethical guidelines, and continuing education
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or license-eligible Clinical experience working with trauma, CPTSD, grief, or family systems Training in , DBT, CBT, or other trauma-informed approaches preferred. A strong sense of empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care
