The Cress Creek Counseling team works diligently to keep a fun, collaborative, and peaceful work culture. We are seeking part time and full time licensed therapists to join our growing clinic and help make a difference in our community. These professionals would be hired as either billable hour or 1099 employees.

Pay:

From $37 - $60 per billable hour depending on experience Benefits 401K Health Insurance Free TMS treatments Guaranteed end of year bonus No show protection bonus Flexible schedule LCSW, LCPC, and LMFT Clinical supervision at no additional cost CEU allowance Full support of front office staff Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy services to a range of individuals, families and/or groups with differing circumstances, ages, and backgrounds Understand and adhere to ethical standards for the profession, such as the NASW code of ethics and any other applicable standards Be capable of completing intake assessments and making accurate mental health diagnoses based off of the DSM-5 Be able to develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other treatment team members that focus on measurable goals and the integration of the plan throughout treatment Be able to work efficiently and effectively with team members in promoting a safe and comfortable office environment Comply with any insurance requirements in the treatment of clients Qualifications (REQUIRED) Master's level degree or higher from an accredited university (REQUIRED) A current licensure in the State of Idaho (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LAMFT, LMFT) Ability to build and maintain a good rapport with clients Proficient in using technology Proficient in using EHR systems Excellent verbal and written skills Passionate about mental health and helping the community Organized and able to complete tasks in a timely manner (REQUIRED) Fluent in
