Job Description
Behavioral Health Clinician - Community Support Services Opportunity for a caring, passionate person to assist individuals with a serious mental illness in their recovery process, providing counseling as well as some possible in-home and community services. Also assisting with referral and linkage with resources and needed supports, coordination and integration of treatment between program components, and facilitation of skills training groups. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively as well as the ability to build relationships in order to work collaboratively as a member of a team with staff and families served.
