Position:

Illinois Licensed Eligible Clinical Counselor Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate counselor to join our growing clinical team in the Mattoon, IL area. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy and individualized care to a diverse caseload of adolescents and adults. This position will also provide referral and linkage with resources according to consumer need and community resources. Key Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, or family counseling. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field and must be Illinois licensed eligible. Strong clinical judgment, crisis management skills, and a true passion for community well-being. Ability to communicate effectively as well as the ability to build relationships in order to work collaboratively as a member of a team with staff and families served.
