  • Part-time, Full-time About the Role We are actively seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our practice.
You'll conduct diagnostic assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and support patients in achieving their mental health goals. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility in a supportive team environment. About Us Prizm Behavioral Services was founded by Dr. Asmat Jafry in 2008 with a mission to provide exceptional, patient-centered mental health care. Our multidisciplinary team of clinicians offers comprehensive psychiatric and counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults throughout the Naperville area. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and create customized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives Provide individual, group, and family counseling using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities Deliver psychotherapy services to reduce symptoms and improve client functioning Assist with intervention and crisis management when needed Reassess and follow up on patient progress to ensure quality care Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and administrative staff Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Refer patients and families to community resources or specialists as needed Qualifications Active Illinois LCPC license (required) Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred (IOP or outpatient settings a plus) Experience working with adolescents, adults, and families Strong understanding of psychiatric diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to professional growth Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills Schedule Options Flexible schedule: design your own hours with advance notice Day and evening shifts available Monday-Friday, with optional weekend hours Full-time preferred (30-40 hours/week); minimum 20 hours/week What We Offer Competitive pay aligned with your caseload and experience Credentialing with major insurance providers for easier client access Administrative, billing, and scheduling support at no cost Modern, comfortable office environment Growth and professional development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented culture On-the-job training and mentorship Specialty Psychiatry / Behavioral Health /
