Our team specializes in treating a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and family issues. Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to diverse populations, utilizing evidence-based practices such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and group therapy. Your expertise will help clients navigate their mental health journeys through compassionate care, crisis intervention, and tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions employing techniques such as psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Implement crisis management protocols and crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health challenges. Develop personalized treatment plans integrating modalities like motivational interviewing, psychopharmacology collaboration, and social work principles. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing medical terminology effectively. Engage in clinical research and data collection to enhance treatment outcomes and contribute to ongoing program development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including medical professionals and educators—to support clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, pediatrics, geriatrics, or special education needs. Requirements Valid licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the relevant state or jurisdiction. Proven experience in psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, addiction counseling, grief counseling, and behavioral management. Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for diagnostic purposes. Experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with disabilities—including autism—and diverse populations such as geriatrics or patients with chronic pain. Knowledge of telehealth platforms and experience delivering services remotely is preferred. Strong understanding of medical records management and HIPAA compliance standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct intake assessments and case management effectively. Pay:
$80,393.98 - $96,818.55 per year
