If you're currently working at a practice, and it's taking way too long to fill your caseload, we are the team for you. We currently specialize in working with adults and teens with various anxiety disorders, OCD, sport performance, relationship distress, issues related to life transitions, and perinatal mental health. We're looking for candidates with a strong behavioral approach with training in ERP. Additionally, we're looking for someone who would like to grow into a supervisory role within our team. We're currently looking to expand our team with members who possess a growth mindset, an eager attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. As a team we are collaborative, honest, open, helpful, non-judgmental, funny, and most importantly, we are lifelong learners. Our team shares ideas with each other daily in an effort to continue to grow as clinicians. We all are extremely collaborative in sessions with clients, so we are not looking for the passive therapist. You must be committed to providing your clients with tools that they can use. This position is perfect for someone who wants to focus on clinical work in an outpatient private practice setting while contributing to the overall strength and wellness of the team. Candidates will be compensated based on hours worked, experience level, and licensure status. Looking for fully licensed clinicians. Must have a Masters Degree and MUST be willing to work evenings.
