Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to help launch something new? Adapt of Illinois, a social services agency, is expanding to West Chicago, Illinois and seeking motivated individuals to join our brand-new rehabilitative team based in a nursing home setting. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fresh start—providing recovery-based services to adults ages 21-80+ diagnosed with chronic and severe mental illness in a supportive, dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For:
Education (Mental Health Professional): Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field, or 2 years of supervised experience in a mental health setting with a non-related bachelor's degree. Education (Qualified Mental Health Professional): Master's degree required (must be in human services field with at least 1000 hours of internship experience or 1 year of relevant work experience)
Skills:
Strong computer, writing, and time management skills.
Commitment:
Ability to work four 10-hour days per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.
Passion:
A strong desire to help individuals with mental illness recover lost skills and reduce stigma.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Pay (Mental Health Professional
  • Bachelors Degree): Starting hourly pay of $23.00
  • $25.62, commensurate with experience. Competitive Pay (Qualified Mental Health Professional
  • Master's Degree): Starting hourly pay of $26.00
  • $28.
75, commensurate with experience.
