  • Full-time Position Overview Indiana Center for Recovery in Bedford is seeking a dedicated and clinically strong Therapist to join our dual-diagnosis behavioral health treatment center.
This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who has prior experience working in an inpatient behavioral health setting and is comfortable managing a clinical caseload within a structured treatment environment. The Therapist will provide individual and group therapy services to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders while collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Schedule Available:
Tuesday
  • Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 8:00am
  • 5:00pm Key Responsibilities Maintain an assigned caseload of clients in an inpatient dual-diagnosis setting Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions as clinically indicated Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and compliant manner Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, case managers, and BHTs to ensure coordinated care Participate in treatment team meetings and provide clinical input on client progress and discharge planning Ensure all clinical documentation meets state, payer, and accreditation standards Maintain ethical, professional, and trauma-informed clinical practices Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed in an inpatient environment Qualifications Active and unrestricted Indiana license required: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT Prior experience working in an inpatient behavioral health or residential treatment setting required (SUD preferred, MH exp will be considered as well) Experience working with dual-diagnosis populations strongly preferred Ability to manage and maintain a clinical caseload Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery-oriented care What We Offer Collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment Opportunity to work with a complex and meaningful dual-diagnosis population Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Supportive leadership and clinical oversight
