Fresh Start Recovery Centers provide a unique program that allows mothers and children to remain together during treatment resulting in higher recovery rates and healthy children. Volunteers of America is a church without walls dedicated to serving and uplifting all people. Fresh Start Recovery Centers are one of the programs that allows us to serve people in need. We focus on creating opportunities for those in need allowing them to rebuild their lives to reach their full potential. We are committed to reaching and uplifting all people. The Therapist is responsible for completing pre-screens, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and substance abuse treatment to assigned clients in accordance with Volunteers of America (VOA), Division of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHA), The Department of Child Services (DCS), Medicaid, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and grant providers' standards. Our goal is to meet the daily needs of our clients. VOAOHIN provides a treatment environment that: Allows a therapist to work as part of a comprehensive treatment team Allows a therapist to do extensive, face-to-face treatment with clients Allows a therapist to focus upon the treatment and care of clients, instead of a productivity standard Allows a therapist to avoid the common treatment "pitfall" of client no-shows We offer a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision and a 403b with company match. Requirements:
The position requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and currently Licensed (LSW or higher, LMCHA or higher, LAC or higher) . The ability to conduct individual and group counseling, complete assessments, develop resources, and maintain client records is essential. Some evening hours may be requested.
Compensation:
$65,000.00- $73,000.00
