Behavior Consultant

If you enjoy working with individuals of all ages, helping them achieve new levels of success across a variety of settings from enjoying greater independence to having meaningful relationships with family and friends, then this may be position for you. This position allows you to set your schedule around meeting with individuals. Mileage is paid and a laptop is also provided. There is travel to meet with individuals, although some individuals prefer to meet in the New Albany office. Individuals receiving our services will be mostly located in Floyd, Harrison, Crawford, and Washington counties, but could also be in outlying counties as well.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD LIVE IN

FLOYD, HARRISON, or

CRAWFORD COUNTIES, BUT LIVING IN NEARBY COUNTIES WILL NOT EXCLUDE CONSIDERATION. A

qualified candidate will have a Master's in one the following areas: special education, ABA, social services, counseling, or psychology. A clear background check is also required. Presently, we are hiring a part-time position with the potential for full-time within six months. Once full-time, there is a full benefits package: insurance, 401K, potential for bonus money and much more. This position requires the candidate must be a self-starter, organized, and able to complete necessary documentation within state and company required mandates. This position is very fulfilling, but does require attention to detail and the ability to self-manage. Individuals being served are on the developmental disabilities waivers.
