LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Wraparound Facilitator for our Jeffersonville, Indiana office.

This position requires:

A Bachelor's degree, with 2 or more year's clinical experience; OR A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or other related field, with 2 or more years clinical experience. Must have 2 years' experience working with or caring for SED youth. Needed competencies include ability to work with SED youth and their families, strong communication, leadership and organizational skills for partnering with teams of professionals, link clients to needed resources, and document services in an EMR. Travel is required for occasional training and regular meetings within the community. Ability to pass a DCS background check is required.
