We have contracts with local first responder agencies and we provide their mental health services. Trauma-informed and a passion for treating trauma are important. You would be joining a supportive and knowlegedable team! We are open to various licensing and offer W2 and 1099 options. Duties Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to first responders and their families Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety during acute episodes Deliver specialized trauma care tailored to each client's unique circumstances Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and medical records maintenance to ensure seamless patient care Skills EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, or Brain Spotting trained and/or certified preferred Strong communication skills Team Player Professional Familiarity with addiction counseling, grief counseling, trauma counseling
