Life Strategies, LLC, an established and growing Behavioral Health Agency is seeking a compassionate and dedicated a Mental Health Counselor with an LSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LMHCA, or LMHC to join our team to provide counseling and mental health therapy to individuals covering a wide variety of therapy topics. This is a full-time Mental Health Counselor position working out of our office in South Bend, IN.

Qualifications:

Mental Health Counselor MUST have a Master's Degree in one of the following areas: Social Work Counseling Marriage and Family Therapist Clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or another applied Health Services area of Psychology Mental Health Counselor MUST hold an

Associate or Clinical License:

LSW, LCSW LMHCA, LMHC LMFTA, LMFT

Psy.

D, or HSPP Mental Health Counselor Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities include providing Counseling and Therapy services to clients with a wide range of concerns. We are looking for a Mental Health Counselor who: Enjoys working with a wide range of individuals and populations (children - adults) Is looking to build their clinical skill set Meets with clients on a consistent basis Is prompt with paperwork completion Will complete assessments, observations, and develop treatment plans Is flexible and easily adapts to new situations Is dependable and reliable Is professional and positive Works well with larger systems and as a team Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills Additional Mental Health Counselor Requirements Pass all background checks 3 references Negative TB & Drug screening Copies of resume, driver's license, diplomas, transcripts, licenses/certifications, and other supporting documentation
