Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients in an outpatient setting. The Therapist will work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in case management activities to coordinate care and resources for clients. Implement crisis management strategies as needed to ensure client safety and well-being. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Valid licensure as a therapist or counselor. Experience in outpatient settings preferred. Strong skills in crisis management and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
