(CSI), we believe in second chances and providing the support people need to succeed. For over 60 years, we've been a pioneer in community-based services, transforming lives through innovative programs for individuals involved in the child welfare, juvenile justice, or criminal justice systems. Join our mission-driven team as an MST Practitioner at our CSI Office in Dodge Cite, KS. You'll play a key role providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members. The MST Practitioner will provide intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families who are involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement. MST Practitioners can be required to drive within a 90-minute radius from the CSI Dodge City Office. This role is community-based and requires travel to the following counties: Clark, Comanche, Edwards, Finney, Ford, Gray, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kiowa, Lane, Meade, Pawnee, Seward What is Multisystemic Therapy (MST)? Multisystemic Therapy (MST) typically targets chronic, violent, or substance-abusing juvenile offender ages 12 through 17. MST's home-based therapy design helps overcome barriers to service, increases family retention in treatment, allows for the provision of the intensive services (i.e., therapists have a maximum of 6 cases), and enhances the maintenance of successful behavior change. What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify presenting problems, strengths and systemic factors contributing to difficulties. Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Multisystemic Therapy, incorporating relevant evidence-based interventions and strategies. Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families, and collaborate with other key members. Implement crisis management strategies as needed to address immediate safety concerns for clients and their families. Participate in individual and group supervision training to enhance clinical skills and ensure fidelity to the MST model. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including sessions notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures. Collaborate with other professionals and service providers involved in client's ecosystem, including social services, schools, court, mental health agencies, etc.
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Bachelor's Degree considered with experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes and possibly transport multiple clients at once. Must live within a 90-minute travel time from the designated service area. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans. Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.

Annual Salary:
