R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals that are bi-lingual Spanish speaking like you, to expand our network in Topeka and surrounding areas in Kansas. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event. Advantages of being an Independent Consultant for R3C include:

- Independently licensed in the State of Kansas (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW or Psychologist)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
