Modern office setting Growth-minded, fair work culture Growth opportunities Work/life balance We are seeking a therapist to join our team and provide care for patients with mental health and substance abuse issues in an TRP/PHP/IOP/OP and individual counseling capacity. The successful candidate will have experience in addiction medicine, counseling, and other related fields. The professional will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient progress, and the development of treatment plans. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated professional who is committed to helping our patients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a mental health setting in group and individual therapy sessions. Create and update treatment plans Monitor patient behavior and report any changes to the Clinical Director Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques. Provide support to patients and families in understanding addiction and mental health issues. Provide education to patients and families on addiction and mental health topics.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
