This position is primarily school-based and offers the unique opportunity to provide in vivo therapy —delivering services in the child's natural environment where challenges, strengths, and opportunities for growth are most evident. Through in vivo treatment, therapists help children build skills in real-world environments while collaborating closely with families, educators, and other service providers to support success across settings. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy services in schools and community settings. Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's developmental needs. Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, caregivers, and multidisciplinary treatment teams. Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Kentucky LPCC, LPCA, LCSW, or CSW license required. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between service locations. Why Join Bluegrass Behavioral Services? Meaningful work that directly impacts children and families. Flexible scheduling opportunities. Supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Ongoing supervision and professional growth opportunities. Opportunity to practice innovative, community-based, in vivo therapy. Competitive compensation and benefits package.
