Header Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine client needs. Provide individual, group, and family counseling using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety during emergencies. Deliver specialized services including PTSD care, grief counseling, addiction counseling, chronic pain counseling, and working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Maintain accurate medical documentation and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing CPT coding for billing purposes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans to support patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Engage in clinical research activities and data collection to enhance treatment approaches and contribute to the advancement of mental health practices. Header Skills Extensive experience in psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy techniques. Proficiency in motivational interviewing and crisis intervention strategies to foster client engagement and safety. Strong background in child & family counseling, working with children of various ages, including those with disabilities or in special education programs. Knowledge of

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation; familiarity with CPT coding for billing processes. Experience with telehealth platforms to deliver remote mental health services effectively. Ability to manage complex cases involving trauma, PTSD, addiction, grief, or chronic pain; skilled in social work practices and case management. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and patient assessment procedures.
