Our practice specializes in the intersection of mental health and close relationships. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with other providers to address the impact of the individual, family, and social context on mental health. Our team provides comprehensive therapy services, conducts diagnostic evaluations, and develops personalized treatment plans to deepen the clinical impact on the client and relational system. We are seeking a Kentucky-licensed therapist (dependent/associate level or above) to join our team. This role is ideal for clinicians who values strong ongoing professional growth and mentorship, ethical supervision, ongoing training on systemic and experiential processes, and a collaborative professional environment. Dependent/associate-level clinicians will receive board-compliant supervision toward independent licensure as part of employment. Duties Provide outpatient psychotherapy services within the scope of licensure Conduct initial assessments, diagnosis, and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, licensure requirements, and practice policies Participate in required supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development Maintain a consistent schedule and assigned caseload as an employee of the practice Coordinate care and referrals as clinically appropriate Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards Proficiency with electronic health records Maintain active Kentucky licensure and required continuing education Qualifications Active Kentucky licensure (dependent/associate-level or above) in good standing Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related mental health field (CACREP or equivalent preferred) For dependent/associate-level applicants: commitment to completing post-graduate supervised experience and participation in employer-provided supervision Strong clinical skills, ethical awareness, and documentation abilities Ability to function as part of a clinical team within an employee structure
