Licensed Mental Health Assessor - LMHP HCO Behavioral Health - 2.0 Baton Rouge, LA Job Details 16 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification Driver's License Telehealth platforms Mobile devices Full Job Description We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC's, LCSW's, LMFT's) to conduct client assessments. •Evening and Weekend availability needed•Licensed Clinical Assessor
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible to provide behavioral health consultation to children adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psycho social functioning. 2. Responsible for rendering services in person and/or virtually 3. Responsible for client mental health assessments and performs initial intake interviews 4. Identifies psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnosis. 5. Responsible for determining client's psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM 6. Treatment planning development based on client's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. 7. Maintains accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to HCO's facility policy.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Professional Licensure in the State of Louisiana Licensure Malpractice Coverage Valid Driver's License in good standing Car registration and insurance current (if transporting individuals receiving services) Successful clearance of state criminal background check Successful clearance of drug and TB skin test Current CPR Certification Reliable internet connection Tablet /lap top device with camera that allows for tele-health visits to be conducted
