This hybrid office/field position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys conducting clinical intakes, working with children and families, and providing high-quality community-based services. Position Summary The Clinical Intake & Community-Based Clinician will complete clinical intakes and assessments, develop treatment plans, provide CPST and PSR services, maintain a designated caseload, and ensure timely, compliant documentation. Services are provided in the office, schools, homes, and other approved community settings. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments.
- Develop and update treatment plans.
- Provide CPST and PSR services.
- Maintain an assigned caseload.
- Complete reauthorizations before authorization expiration.
- Complete all documentation by the end of each workday.
- Sign and lock documentation within 24 hours.
- Use appropriate billing codes and document medical necessity.
- Participate in weekly supervision (virtual and in-person).
- Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
- Participate in community outreach activities.
- Represent Allstar professionally in all settings. Qualifications
- Active Louisiana PLPC license required.
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
- Knowledge of CPST and PSR preferred.
- Computer literate and organized.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Why Allstar?
