Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to face interview with recipient and their families Provide Individual & family supportive counseling Provide Crisis Intervention and crisis de-escalation supports Provide educational and skills building interventions to improve client/family functioning Willing to provide interventions in the office or the client's home and/or community Conduct and gather information for a psycho-social assessment Accurately and efficiently document client interactions Maintain effective collaborative relationships with other service agencies/programs in the community Provide referral and linkage to community supports as needed and appropriate Able to independently work and schedule counseling sessions and interventions Meet or exceed established key performance indicator goals Collaborate and consult with clinical supervisor frequently for professional growth and development Attend staff meetings and training's required by your program Other Qualities that promote success in this position: Compassion and passion for mental health Strong organizational skills Computer / Tech Savvy Independent Team Player Creative Energetic Openness to learn.
