Competitive pay:

$22-25 for Mental Health Specialists (MHS). Travel Stipend for full-time positions. Flexible schedule (weekday and weekend options). Supportive clinical supervision and professional development opportunities. Collaborative team culture with weekly consultation and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Mental Health Rehabilitation Services. Provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services to help clients build daily living skills, social/interpersonal skills, and coping strategies.. Assist clients in identifying and managing triggers, improving self-management, and building support networks. Provide crisis intervention as needed, following agency policy and clinical standards. Collaborate with treatment teams, supervisors, and families to align services with each client's individualized treatment plan. Maintain organized caseloads and meet productivity expectations. Document services clearly and accurately in accordance with agency and clinical standards. Attend weekly team meetings, trainings, and clinical supervision sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mental Health Specialist (MHS): Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or sociology. Experience in behavioral/mental health (work, internship, or coursework).

Additional Requirements:

Professional, organized, and committed to HIPAA compliance and client safety. Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends as needed). Reliable transportation, active vehicle insurance, cell phone, and personal computer access. Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.
