Earn:
$105,000/year + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend Position Description As Regional Director of Louisiana ABH, this position is responsible for the effective management and leadership of adult behavioral health services in Louisiana, the application and implementation of established policies and procedures, the administration either directly or through delegation of all its operating elements. The Director is responsible for ensuring that the continuum of programs and services is responsive to community needs, are of the highest quality and are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A graduate degree in a behavioral science related field and licensed in Louisiana as an NP, LPC or LCSW Administrative experience with behavioral health program experience. This position requires a degree of clinical knowledge and competence, as well as management skills and knowledge of community-based behavioral health service trends at the national, state, and local levels. A minimum of five (5) years' post degree experience in clinical practice and three (3) years' senior management experience are required.
