Requirements & Qualifications:
Must hold either an LCSW or LICSW Minimum 3 years of experience providing mental health care to children and adolescents Strong cultural competence and ability to work collaboratively within integrated teams Availability for one evening per week and rotating Saturdays Mental Health Specialist (LICSW)
Preferred Background & Skills:
Spanish-speaking strongly preferred Mental Health Specialist (LICSW)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, assessments, and diagnoses for children and adolescents Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy (short- and long-term) Collaborate with pediatric providers, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams Develop and oversee treatment and safety plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care Participate in case consultations, supervision, and interdisciplinary team rounds If you're passionate about working in a collaborative pediatric practice and want to help children and families thrive, consider joining this dedicated team.
