Direct Clinical Care Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents in residential and community-based settings. Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care with a focus on measurable outcomes and successful discharge planning. Deliver services that support emotional regulation, behavioral stability, and overall functioning across life domains. Ensure care aligns with best practices, medical necessity, and ethical standards . Treatment Planning & Documentation Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans with clear goals and discharge criteria. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other required systems. Meet or exceed productivity expectations , which may include afternoon and evening hours. Participate in utilization review, quality management, and clinical audits . Crisis & Risk Management Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call coverage as required. Monitor and respond to client safety, behavioral, and clinical risk concerns . Communicate urgent issues promptly to supervisors and leadership. Collaboration & Professional Development Work closely with multidisciplinary teams , including internal staff and external partners such as schools and child welfare agencies. Attend and actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and trainings . Engage in ongoing professional development , including evidence-based practices and specialty areas. May contribute to program development, clinical training, or specialty services .
